The ultimate outcome will be the development of a zero emission procurement plans for urban delivery of goods and services for each core city within the consortium – Rotterdam, Oslo and Copenhagen – which will include specific plans for future Public procurement of innovation (PPI) and pre-commercial procurement (PCP) tenders, and will identify opportunities for collaboration with other purchasing bodies at the regional, national or European level.
